How to Have Your First 10k month:

Someone’s ability to lead you to your next level – cannot be determined by money alone (says the girl always talking about money…)I had my first 10k month – before I had tons of followers, before I was able to say I had ever had a 5 figure month. I leaned on my essence.I was still good enough to create something I had never before created – and then I started teaching so many of my clients how to do the same. I never needed the “I made 10k in one day” to reach my goals – even though the internet would have you believing something different. – Everybody out here flashing their numbers – and I see nothing wrong with that AT ALL as I do as well but – if you are not careful, you can let it seep into you in a negative way….

1. you start chasing shiny objects

2. you stop seeing the value in small business (even though you too are a small business… how can you expect people to pay you/join your offers, when you don’t even respect people at your level and the only people you pay, flash their Mercedez Benz ?)

3. you under charge because you have mistaken your value to be related to shiny objects

4. you go into your launches/selling already defeated because you don’t feel good enough compared to whoever “they” are.And you wonder why you are stuck🙃

I’m the coach for the people who crave expansion – without having to flex their Chanel bag. You, my love, are valuable and worth big bucks even BEFORE you have your first 10k month, 100k month, etc. Your value is an inherent thing. And until your identity, values, and way of being with the world line up – don’t be surprised if people aren’t joining your offers…Why would they honor someone like you ? You don’t even.

What does an anxious attachment in business look like ?

Did you know that you have developed an attachment style to your business ?

The different attachment types also show up in your business (and money).

Example: If you have an anxious style attachment to your business, your feelings of being supported, of safely being seen and heard, are not grounded and secure.

What does anxious attachment look like?:

As you are manifesting clients, in the middle of a launch, or expanding - you observe thoughts like, “does it really get to be this good?  Can I really attract the clients I desire at bigger rates ? Do I have to do more ? Is it possible for me to reach this new goal with my current resources ? Do I need to hire a new team ?

Instead of being able to sit back, and relax you are all up in your content/business model/etc - doing the most - worrying how to convert the right, high level clients.

Instead of being in a calm state, instead of being in a state of knowing and awareness, you are in a state of anxious questioning of Source, and that ends up manifesting itself into reality.

Anxious Attachment also shows up in money: You're worried that the money won’t be able to handle your new level of desires. You have this interesting relationship with letting go/spending/ investing, where your nervous system gets unregulated each time.

In this style of attachment to your business/money, your job is to shift yourself back to secure attachment - a calm trust and knowing.

Business is spiritual, and if you do it the right way, your business can be an incredible tool for personal and spiritual growth.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 ?

- Focusing too much on money instead of providing value for your clients/brushing off client issues as always being the clients fault.

- Not considering or paying enough attention to the practicals (too much in flow - with no masculine support or visa-versa)

- Or instead of showing up in uncomfortable ways, you contract and play it safe in order to avoid the possibility of people not being happy with you.

Avoidant attachment in money ?

- Not really reaching for your highest level financial goals because you don’t believe it’s possible, so you’ve gotten and stayed comfy - you avoid pushing the limit.

- Not being aware of your numbers.

- Hiring VA’s, coaches, etc. and not being able to honor the commitments.

And just as we did with anxious style attachment, we have to move you back to the secure attachment type.

A calm knowing - there is nothing to avoid.

When it comes to manifesting, when it comes to launching, when it comes to money - are you healthily involved ? (but then also healthily detached in a way as to where you know that it's working, and not so afraid that you're running away from it or so anxious that you're putting way too much attention and pressure on it ?)

This again is the work that I do with my clients and the crucial key to allowing yourself to receive and grow your income.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩 – 𝐢𝐭 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬

The other day I woke up to someone taking a surprise chunk of money out of my bank account….

I have to be honest; I was not at ease about it at first.

And then I looked at myself - and used my Feminine Money tools…

Instead of beating myself up over not being at ease - I looked at and asked myself what belief my dis-ease pointed towards and where it came from.

I realized that I needed to more fully embody and integrate the truth that money is unlimited beyond a certain number (if I truly believed that, I would not be bothered about any amount of money being taken out of my account - even if it’s bigger chunks than expected.)

So I did some eft to reprogram the belief. And some mindset work to reset the core. And some other somatic tools to feel safe even as money was leaving my account.

So many people get confused when I say “feminine money”. They think I mean that it’s time to put on sexy dresses, be soft, or whatever else they have equated with feminine - but that is not what it is.

The mother manifests as the body.
The mother manifests as energy (archetypes)
The mother manifests as the womb.

I say feminine to point you back towards the Goddess - who has been almost eliminated by patriarchal religion.

I say feminine to break the habit of you writing letters to your boyfriend money - as that might not work for you - it didn’t work for me.

You’ve developed a co-dependent relationship to your business image/the way you make money.

You get online or show up to perform, to prove.

Instead of just to be.

You’ve disconnected selling from your beingness.

You think it’s different.

Too many degrees, too many failures, too many criticisms…. has you disconnected from spirit.

You lean into strategy (A certain way to do things to yield you magical results) because you haven’t spiritualized the practical aspects of your business yet - and as a heart-centered being, deep down you know that energetic alignment in all ways is a must for you.

You must be connected in soul to what you are doing.

There are many layers to this. Start by asking yourself - where have I allowed the brand to make me, instead of me making the brand ?

How to Create Highly Converting Content in 4 Steps

God is the first expressionists.

The first artist.

She expresses herself through sound.

Through laughter. Through dance. Through relationship.

He expresses himself through each of our conversations and ideas.

Through discipline. Through light.

And just as Source has several different mediums of expressions - so do you.

I am a mostly visual representation system.

Which means that I have found that for me, I need to write down my notes even for video livestreams - as seeing it in writing is my main medium that allows me to translate to other mediums.

Maybe your first medium is another language - maybe it’s video, talking to a friend. There is somewhere where you express naturally - we just have to tune in and align.

Steps to creating content within 5 minutes:

1: Get over your perfectionism. It is not needed here.
2: Acknowledge the doubt, the fear of vulnerability, the caring about what people think. These things can be acknowledged without having to control your actions - this is the inner work of content creation.
3: Determine your medium (do you speak things out first ? Write them?)
4: Ask the right questions to guide the content (P.S. There are e-books and masterclasses in my shop to help with this.)

Energy Output and High Ticket

I made my first membership site 2 years ago…

It was $37 - and while it was my passion (magic, spirituality, business) after about 6 months I was burnt out and angry that I had promised these women a video, group call, AND a spell each month.

So, when I relaunched my new membership- I knew that in order for me to even want to get up and sell it in the long run - it would need to be priced in a way where I truly felt compensated.

I’ve had clients come to me and say - I don’t like having to make videos for my membership site each month - what should I do ?

And then in the next breath they’d tell me that the membership is under $20 a month.

This is no shade towards low end offers - it’s just, I was working with dozens of women back then and my bills still were. not. paid.

They were happy - but I was not. A recipe for disaster.

Sometimes high ticket isn’t just for the sake of being high-ticket….

Sometimes - it’s a part of your energy work.

Don’t complain to me that you don’t feel like selling your offers 6 months from now when they aren’t priced in such a way to encourage excitement 

P.S. You pricing low because you believe no one has money is a problem as well. There are billions of people - a lot of them (once you leave your circle) have money to spend.

What is So Special About The Feminine Energy?


There is something powerful about the female. Something flexible. Something water like. Her commanding emotive energy is such that the western world has yet to understand.

We glorify the stereotyped male characteristics—strength, logic, and objectivity—we tell our daughters and young women that their intuitive side is not for the workplace, not for business, not for professional relationships…. the powerful, intuitive ‘womanly’ traits are mocked. The feminine ability to pick up on energy (and thus heal) has been translated into being too sensitive, and the woman’s intention to harmonize with others, rather than perpetuate discord, has been labeled as weak.

The feminine and transforming quality of the mother/yin energy has been forgotten and wholly misrepresented in major religions, popular literature, and dominating family structures throughout the modern world. Yet, the woman’s power is found in her softness and openness to feeling; the woman in her highest spiritual potential finds easy and fluid access into a spiritual realm beyond the limited reasoning of a finite mind.

The average women now attempts to hide these ‘feminine attributes’ in order to be respected. She attempts to have little emotion, a distant heart, and an objective mind in order to fit into a highly logical masculine dominated world.

The only way we can ever hope to change things as women is to first bring the honor back to ourselves by freeing our own names from society’s expectations. We are free to be whatever we want. If that is soft, it is soft. If it is bold, then it’s bold. Whatever your woman looks like naturally, be her. Set yourself free from external conditions and limits.

We are queens. We are goddesses. We have our own kind of glory and power. We are the portal into this world. While women are also logical, strong, and objective, we are soft, vulnerable, passionate, and wild as well.

I chose this mantra to be printed on a shirt because we women are winners.

Our energy is the mother of the world.
